HOW TO BECOME AN RDA MEMBER

You will receive two forms
Membership application form
Automatic payment authority form
Fill out your membership application form and fax it through to the RDA office (09) 623 3996
Contact the office the following day to receive your membership number (09) 623 3993 or if you are outside Auckland 0800 803 993.
Once you have your membership number and using the details on the automatic payment authority form, you have two options:
Fill in the automatic payment authority form and take it to your bank; or If you do on-line banking, set up the automatic payment yourself.
!!! IMPORTANT !!! – it is vital that the details to appear on the RDA bank statement includes your membership number and your name. Without these we can not identify the payment as belonging to you.
Finally, check that your automatic payments are coming out!
